Most of our leases revolve around the academic calendar and the University of Georgia, whether you are related to the University or not. There is the most demand for housing in early August.

If you have viewed the property, then you can apply. Our credit criteria is 675 or higher. We use TransUnion to pull our credit reports. We also pull a criminal background report. No, we will provide our qualified vendors with a service order describing the issue and a key. Please be sure to let us know if you have any special notes – ie pets or courtesy call.

Our goal is to address every maintenance issue in a timely manner. If a maintenance issue is not completed or resolved correctly, please reach out and let us know. We want to take care of the properties we manage.
